What is the advantages and disadvantages when chatting?

I’m wondering………..why my brother always said chatting is bad……but he is always chatting with his friends….
its show time-what is the bad memory?share it with me lah……
lets clone war-xkan awek cun shj……..how about hensem boy?

    CHATTING IS BAD…
    BUT I ALSO CHATTING BECAUSE ITS FREE.. NO NEED TO WASTE CREDIT TO CONTACT MY FRIENDS. I SUPPOSE, “BAD” THAT YOUR BROTHER SAID IS WHEN YOU CHAT WITH SOMEONE NEW ON THE NET. LOTS OF NEGATIVE THINGS MIIGHT OCCUR. I ALSO TOLD MY BROTHER NOT TO WASTE HIS TIME ON THE NET. HUHU

    POSITIVE THINGS ARE LIKE I SAID BEFORE, ITS FREE! AND WHEN YOURE DEAD MEAT BORING, CHATTING MIGHT HELP YUO RELEASE THE TENSE.

    just like any other things, chatting is either good or bad depending on how you use it. if you chat to have fun, to connect with friends and or enhance your networks, then that’s the good side of chatting.

    but then if you consume all of your waking hours just chatting (excessive use), misrepresenting yourself in the chatroom, using the chatrooms to insult or hurt other people, then that’s really bad.

    advantage……..make frens and kill time….

    Good:- it brings ppl closer
    Bad:- some times you chat to much and review too much

    Advantage is I have lots of fun…
    Disadvantage is I will be confused at the end of chatting coz I won’t know who is talking to whom…
