Top court upholds Internet luring conviction
OTTAWA – The country’s top court has upheld the conviction of an Edmonton man charged with luring a 13-year-old boy on the Internet. In a unanimous ruling, the Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed the appeal by Michell Rayal Levigne.
