Question by Daniel: How do you delete people off your Gmail Chat on Gmail? I use to use my Gmail account to contact people on craigslist but then it keeps saving all those people on my Gmail chat. On facebook if one “goes offline” from chat than you can’t see if others are available and they can’t see you. Does it work the same way on Gmail or can someone be hidden from chat and still see who is available? In my account it remembers my last setting, so if the chat was off the last time I had my gmail page loaded, it will be off the next time I log on. Anyway, you can try to set your state to Invisible. Perhaps at least it will remember this setting, so next time you log on even if it will sign you automatically in, at least it will sign you in as invisible so no one will know your signed in and not bother you.
