How to get rid of a dirty site got fixed to my yahoo id and comes as my message in chatting to others?

A few days back i was chatting. Some clever girl wrote a site and asked me to open it. The moment i opened it , it got attached to my yahoo id . Now whenever i chat with someone this site is automatically sent as a message to someone with whom i chat.
