To save future messages, mark “yes, save all of my messages”, click “apply” and “okay”. To read archived messages right-click the user ID, click message archive. Any messages prior to enabling the archive feature are not stored anywhere and can’t be retrieved. About offline messages: only those of people on your contact list will be saved. I’ve noticed that when I sign onto my AOL Instant messenger from someone else’s computer and I open an Instant message, my chat history has been erased. Is there a way I can retrieve that through AOL or access my AIM logger folder from somebody elses computer?
