Question by : How do I talk or chat online with Yahoo technical support? I am having trouble with my email. Some friends who send me an email receive an immediate reply with a spam/virus message that supposedly comes from me but that I did not send. I show no record of it in my sent box. I have changed my password but the problem still persists. Is there someone with whom I can chat or email online? The button has not been appearing as often recently since Yahoo had layoffs. If you can get into the account, this usually has a happy ending. The spammers grab your Contact List and go. They don’t send out the spam from your computer… which is why the spam emails don’t show up in your Sent file. They send out 1 or 2 spams and then they leave you alone.
